What personal information is collected from you through the websites?

  1. Information collection.

Flutur collects anonymous information from every visitor to analyze traffic and to identify any bugs. We ask the users to login, to save user's donations and progress; while logging in we collect certain personal data (such as email and name). Flutur is the sole owner of the information collected on the websites. We will not sell, share, transfer or rent any personal information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this Privacy Policy.

  1. Use of Personal Information.

We only use your personal information to provide you the Flutur services or to communicate with you about the services or the Flutur Website (hereafter referred to as 'the Website').

  1. Sale of Assets, Merger, Acquisition, Bankruptcy.

Information collected from you may be transferred to a third party as a result of a sale or acquisition, merger or bankruptcy involving Flutur. In case of a transfer to third party may occur, you acknowledge that the acquirer of Flutur or our assets may continue to use your personal information as elaborated in this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy covers the use of cookies by the Website and does not cover the use of cookies by any third party partners. In order to enable login features we use cookies to store session information. You can block or delete cookies and still use Flutur, although you will then be asked to log in each time you open our page. Additionally, ads appearing on the Website may be delivered to users by advertising partners, who may set cookies. This information allows ad networks to, among other things, deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you.

How information may be Shared and Disclosed

  1. Sharing.

We do not share personal information you have provided to us without your consent, unless: (1) it is necessary to carry out your request; (2) we believe it's needed to enforce our Terms of Service, or that is legally required; (3) we believe it's needed to detect, prevent or address fraud, security or technical issues; (4) protect our property, legal rights, or that of others. Flutur is operated from India. If you are visiting the Website from outside India, you agree to any processing of any personal information you provide us according to this policy.

  1. Use of third party services.

We don't share your personal information with third parties. Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help us improve the Website and service. We currently use only Google Analytics, please check out Google Analytics's own Privacy Policies to find out more.We also use social buttons provided by services like Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn and Facebook. The use of these services is entirely optional. We are not responsible for the practices of these third party services, and you are responsible for reading and understanding those third party services’ privacy policies.

  1. Spam.

Flutur maintains a strict "No-Spam" policy, which means that Flutur does not intend to sell, rent or otherwise give your e-mail address to a third party without your consent.

  1. Legal Requests.

Flutur takes your right to privacy very seriously and has taken measures to safeguard and respect your personal information. Flutur will only disclose your personal information in the event it is required to do so by law, rules, regulations, law enforcement, governmental official, legal authority or similar requirements.

How we protect your Information

  1. Confidentiality and Security.

We employ industry standard techniques to protect against unauthorized access of data that we store, including personal information. We may store data collected on servers provided by third party hosting vendors with whom we have contracted.

The Websites may contain links to other third party sites. The third party sites are not necessarily under the control of Flutur. Please note that Flutur is not responsible for the privacy practices of such third party sites. Flutur encourages you to be aware when you leave the Websites and to read the privacy policies of each and every third party site that collects personal information. If you decide to access any of the third-party sites linked to the Websites, you do this entirely at your own risk. Any links to any partner of the Websites is the responsibility of the linking party, and Flutur shall not be responsible for notification of any change in name or location of any information on the Websites.

Correcting Inaccuracies

  1. Correction/Updating Personal Information.

At any time, you are able to request the removal of any data associated with your profile. Please write to us at hello@flutur.org to do so and we will follow up with such request at the earliest.

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. Use of information we collect now is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is used. A user is bound by any changes to the Privacy Policy when he or she uses the Services after such changes have been first posted. As necessary, Flutur may send you Website and service announcement updates. You may unsubscribe from service announcements, which contain important information about the Websites. Flutur communicates via e-mail to provide requested services and to resolve issues relating to your account.
